Key safe and codes: Many of our properties use key safes. You will be sent the code with your check-in instructions prior to your stay. Please make sure to write down the code before you travel.
Parking: Parking information and where to park can be found in the check-in information. Please avoid parking on neighbors' properties or unmarked spaces.
The accommodation's facilities: Our vacation rentals are fully equipped with kitchenware, bedding, toilet paper, and cleaning products. Specific amenities such as a barbecue, fireplace, or sauna may vary from property to property.
Grocery stores and restaurants: Do you need to do some grocery shopping? We've provided you with an overview of the nearest shops and restaurants in the area, which may be useful upon arrival.
Check-out time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. If you need more time, please contact us to see if this can be arranged.
Final cleaning: Cleaning is included in the price and is mandatory for all our properties. You do not have to do any extensive cleaning, but we ask that the rubbish is removed and the dishes are done before you leave.
Key submission: Please return the key to the key safe upon departure. If you have received specific instructions regarding other key return methods, please follow these carefully.
Forgotten belongings: If you have forgotten anything after departure, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to return your belongings if they are found.
How to order?: To book one of our vacation rentals, select the desired property on our website, enter the dates of your stay, and follow the booking process at checkout.
Payment methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.
Change of booking: If you need to change your existing booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and conditions.
Cancellation terms: You will find our cancellation policy during the booking process. As a general rule, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
Offers and discounts: Keep an eye out for special offers and seasonal discounts on our website. We often have discounts for longer stays or during the low season.
Wi-Fi and technology: Most of our properties offer free Wi-Fi. The network name and password can be found in the accommodation. If you experience any technical problems, please contact us.
House rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask that house rules be respected. This may include rules regarding smoking, pets, and noise. Information about house rules will be sent with check-in instructions.
Local attractions: Sirdal offers many exciting activities and attractions. You can enjoy everything from great nature experiences such as hiking, skiing, fishing, to local restaurants and shops. We are happy to make recommendations and book activities.
Fireplace and wood burning: If your home has a fireplace, remember to use dry wood, which can be purchased when ordering. This ensures good and safe heating without problems.
Emergency telephones: In case of emergencies, you will find emergency telephone numbers in the accommodation, including contact us for urgent matters.
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels are not included as standard, but can be ordered at checkout during the booking process.
Purchase of firewood: Firewood can be ordered together with other additional services such as bed linen and towels. This is added to the checkout during booking.
